Exactly my complaint. It’s a top down approach and we don’t actually know if this is the best tech. Imagine the innovation if we just set a maximum fuel level and a maximum C02 level and let the brilliant minds at all these race teams come up with their solution.

I agree with Ferrari on this one from a brand exclusivity standpoint. I think they understand the internet perfectly and know very well what “overposting” or being associated with the overposters of the world can do to a brand. 

Certainly possible. It’s also possible they will be more efficient and have a more diversified product offering, thus allowing them to avoid becoming too much like a normal bus.

What’s interesting is that a lot of cities also know the bus sucks so they are offering “Trollies” as an alternative.

People of all races are willing to pay a premium to avoid riding to work in a often late, cramped, smelly, dirty, place full of sometimes mentally unstable individuals. People of all races prefer an uber/lyft to a taxi for the same reason.

Disagree. The base model has a lot more pizzaz than a comparable 3 Series. Drive both and you’ll see.

I totally get this. Riding the bus sucks. A lot of people would be willing to pay a premium to get the benefit of riding the bus while not dealing with the negatives of riding a bus.
