I’m far from an expert, but primordial black holes formed through an entirely different process so the same size limitations don’t apply to them. We also know very little about them.

Exactly. Imagine the uproar if you had to disable anti-virus in Windows in order to run an Nvidia card. 

I’d be satisfied if Apple would let Intel and nVidia deploy their own graphics drivers for their cards on MacOS. All they have to do is let the end user open a terminal and modify a kext. If they’re willing to go that far, then running third party stuff should be free and open to the consumer with the caveat that…
