It’s 2016. Why wouldn’t this be an appropriate platform to contact EA with? So EA won’t look like they made a terrible mess up? Thing is, EA made a terrible mess up.

Why? It put the heat on EA faster than any phone call would have and it got the job done.

Why not? You have a account that’s verified to be the actual person and their social media people do have access to other departments to report stuff. It’s also quicker than writing a support ticket that will be sent through an automated system at least once before making its way to a person.

I’m consistently surprised by how technically illiterate most of Kotaku’s staff writers are. The 4K nomenclature was adopted as a marketing term because it’s a resolution exactly 4 times the old 1080p standard and it sounds more impressive than 2160p.

Back in the 90’s a friend of mine got an old arcade game cabinet, put in a new monitor, then put two of the big joystick controllers on top. It was a lot of fun, just like the old arcade experience, but you could change the games.

SEGA has also been terribly mismanaged over the last 10 or so years. The fall of Dreamcast was the death of SEGA. At least of it’s soul. AM2, Smilebit, Team Andromeda.. All of those teams went away along with it’s people and SEGA has existed in name only ever since. Like a zombie ghost.
