For the third season, please, more THE EXPANSE coverage.

YES!

The dismantling of the Arboghast was something I was really looking forward to seeing on screen, and they absolutely did not disappoint (I would have liked to see a second ‘dismantle’ action, like the book... breaking it into big pieces, then smaller... but I doubt it would have added much to the scene).

I agree. The lack of coverage from the main media outlets is criminal. Hopefully Alcon and SyFy will find a way to get the media attention, as The Expanse deserves all the seasons. I can say it, as I am a book reader too. And believe me, it gets much better. And it is already amazing. ;)

OMG the Avasarala / Cotyar / Bobbie trifecta gives me life!

She was a great character in the books, and Shohreh Aghadashloo has taken her to a whole other level!

I think this is the part that makes it difficult for some people to settle into the show: it’s a show for adults, and is unapologetically intelligent.

I loved Prax in the books, but Terry Chen has breathed life into him in a way that makes me really appreciate him—and it’s different from how I imagined Prax!

The most human henchmen I have seen in a show from recent years.

Best thing on TV, smashing finale.

I think the interesting part of the show is that all the perspectives are based in those characters’ backgrounds so even when I don’t agree, they make sense and keep from driving me crazy. Personally, I’m Team Naomi on the moral compass scale this season. And I think Holden regularly makes the most dubious of choices,

The finale strongly reminded me of ‘The Adversary’, the finale to DS9 Season 3. The crew realises a hostile alien is on board, one they have to hunt and kill; shadowy forces attempt to engineer a war.

Just binged both seasons. Just wow!

Yes, I’ve liked all of the casting except Holden, and even he has started growing on me this season.

“Not all of it clear”...?

That’s nice.

How about the fact they got to kill a Mythbuster? My sister and I (who both have read all 6 books so we knew what should happen) were placing bets when Adam Savage was gonna die. FTR, I said fourth act and lost.

Season 2 has enforced just how solid the casting is. Prax is a character that I absolutely can’t stand in the books but Terry Chen adds so much emotional complexity that his boneheaded choices feel much more natural than they did in the books

I liked how both main plots today involved fights on board ships. In one we were on the side of the crew in the other - just the opposite.

This show is, quite simply, THE BEE’S KNEES!! (Full Disclosure: I’m currently chewing through Babylon’s Ashes and now I have visuals and voice tracks. Sweet!)
