I suppose if you aren’t into the type of humor on the show, it would be oppressively bleak and hard to get through. It straddles a real fine line. I think the show is fucking hilarious, on top of being incredibly bleak, but even for me the last season is a downer. I can and will watch reruns of it forever, though.
