I got a Focus ST for dog hauling duties. I wish the floor folded completely flat ( it would be closer without the full-size spare) but otherwise it works great as a practical, fun, dog-friendly DD.
They also kill a lot more pedestrians than passenger cars, have headlights that blind anyone in front of them that’s also not in a truck, take up more space on the road and in parking lots, and use more fuel than your average passenger car. My 60 y/o dad works for GM and I’m pissed at how lax they are taking this. It doesn’t help that his coworkers tend to be of the demographic that is easily misled by Fox News and Facebook posts into thinking that this is just the flu.
