I know someone who worked 25 straight days right after the strike. GM is paying out a ton of overtime to get back on track.
tl;dr - people who don’t understand how technology works lose their sh*t when they achieve a minimal understanding of how technology works.
Why would they not sell the HR-V?
I wonder what the HR-V’s fate in America is. We might end up with one to replace a 2009 Fit, as it should handle the vast snowscape that is our alley during the MN winter and still be small enough for stress-free city driving/parking.
Credit where due, it does seem to be working.
on a scale larger than the Auto bailouts after the Great Recession.
Not a bad thing.
The next-gen Fit’s being discontinued for the US market.
Hopefully Honda comes out with a proper performance Fit to replace my ST at some point in the future.

I saw it in theaters in 3d and found it more a punishing of the senses than a movie. The 3d was really a disservice to the movie (which I guess I should’ve expected.)
Yeah, I really don’t understand that argument. You don’t even save much time taking a rideshare over the subway most parts of the day. Plus, I’ve waited 30+ minutes just to get a fucking Lyft when leaving JFK enough times now that it’s definitely not worth doing over taking the subway.
Fuck off, my dad is a GM employee and was on strike for five weeks. Many other relatives and friends of mine in SE Michigan are also UAW members. I’m intimately aware of the downsides of the UAW.
this is great, air these fucking weirdos out
how do those boots taste?
The Taycan is Porsche’s first leather-free interior, which is a start.
