My “favorite video game” for a good chunk of my childhood was a demo disc that contained demos for this and Full Throttle.

Looks like he’s using some imagination. I think at least two of these images are based off of statues. Which he then imagines as real people using photo reference for lighting and skin and hair tones/textures.

To each their own, but SotC has my absolute favorite control scheme ever. Probably the most organic-feeling I’ve experienced.

I think strafing only really makes sense in a first-person view.
I can see the lack of y-invert being annoying to some. It usually is to me, but I guess it never was a problem in SotC. Possibly…

I’m not so sure it’ll be episodic in the way everyone is thinking and freaking out about. I fell like it’ll be more how The Hobbit book was made into a film trilogy. Since they’ve added onto the lore of Final Fantasy VII it has more content than before. And the fact that it’s now in HD with huge assets and a full 3D…

I was surprised to see Kentucky Route Zero make the list. Pleasantly surprised, mind you. And there’s no reason I should be, considering it’s a fantastic game (with an even more fantastic soundtrack). But still, my eyebrows climbed my forehead like a man bent on conquering Everest.

Nintendo would be stupid not to make a Maker franchise.

Even as an avid gamer, it really bothers me that someone can make that kind of money off of what he does.

I’m 23 years old and I still have horrific nightmares to this day that are in the animation style of the first Toy Story movie.
