I appreciate the attempt at explaining things however, I would classify this as a LARGE commercial job. Building will be roughly 500k square ft. Offroad potential however isnt an issue. This is in a city so its all paved everywhere. These guys arnt moving anything anywhere. All materials are stored on site.

Almost all the construction guys working on this building across the street drive trucks... that they just then park and walk over to the site not carrying tools or anything... If it’s just getting you to work just why? I dont get it. Means less overall parking available for me and others…
