You can’t just strap the lumber down without saying “that’s not going anywhere”.

Lumber trucks, logging trucks, trucks carrying drill pipe (lots of that in Central Alberta)... I hate being around all of them. They’re one bad decision or bad set of circumstances away from creating multiple impalements.

This is a baby step towards what will eventually become the reality of fully autonomous aircraft. Aircraft are actually a lot easier to automate than cars. And in fact, modern commercial airliners do basically fly themselves. The pilots are mostly there to plan, communicate, and respond to unusual situations. Perhaps…

I live in Canada so we don’t have those pesky HOA but why would an HOA tow a car with expired tags when it is parked in the owner’s driveway? It’s not illegal to have your own car parked in your own driveway if the tags are expired? Where else are you gonna park it?
