The Supercharging is free. It’s the parking afterward that generates the fee.

Maybe someone needs to hear this. Engine coolant is kinda delicious and very nasty stuff. Don’t have your dogs around when you’re replacing your thermostat.

With him, if I were over his team, I might have a bit more security guarding him.

Many cities have laws that allow low-speed vehicles on roads with speed limits 25mph or under (35 in some places). That primarily means golf carts, but the Changli seems to fit the bill, too.

This is why the right to repair is so important, also check the warranty. (and the small print).

You know what’s even more amazing than a super-modded Supra? A bone stock Supra. I don’t think I have actually seen one since the mid 90s. My mom’s co-worker had a Supra, and I thought it was the coolest car ever.

California car, desirable wagon/stick combo, new clutch and tires, excellent condition, all repair receipts, 2nd owner, decent color combo... and in this market? At least $5K and it’s priced such that he’ll probably get at least 6.

Exactly. What’s more American? A Honda built in Ohio supplying jobs and futures to Americans , or A G.M. built in Korea or China?

Yep - Teslas are yet another ‘boogeyman’ in the constant war on ordinary things that terrify the far right.

I met a guy that had one of the first Model Xs in my semi-rural neck of the woods.  He said he loved the car but that it elicited some pretty visceral reactions from certain locals.  Including one that keyed “TRUMP” into the hood shortly after he got it.

A growing young family without the means to spend at least $30k for a three row vehicle for starters. This at least comes with a warranty; other cars in this price range will not. Said family will not be in a good position to shell out $500 for an unexpected repair.

The crazy thing is that the trade in value for these things is $20k!!! So you could absolutely buy these, and sell them for $5-6k in profit via Carvana or Carmax.

I’ve never understood the Foreign/Domestic lots at factories. I would understand a GM lot and an “Everything Else” lot.

I’ll tell you what it is.

I was trying to sell my Saab, and I got an email from a guy -scammer- in prison. He wanted the car for his teenage daughter, but that he couldn’t afford it right now. Would I take payments, in excess of the asking price, and hold onto it until it was paid off?

And I find out that the tow trucks have a racket where only certain ones can tow you off the Turnpike, and they don’t take AAA.

How about selling?

My goodness. Your poor butt and toilet…

I’m trying to imagine Scottish pizza... I’m guessing the sauce is gravy/brown sauce instead of red, and the toppings are boiled cabbage, peas, and intestines?
