I could see this being an issue if it was a complex error with the plane like the control one but parts that aren’t bolted in correctly ?? seems fairly easy to spot, probably the inspectors have too much paperwork to complete that they don’t have time to actually inspect

normally they would be but because this is the cheap option it just bolts in, I suspect somebody forgot to torque the bolts down as that door does not look like it received a lot of pressure before it exited
