If I recall, similar [memory related] issues that plague Skyrim have been known to plague Oblivion and Fallout as well. My guess is that they don't need more customer complaints that tie the issues of the three games together, creating a worse image then they have already.

Understood; I agree completely. However, PS3 sales of the game have to have significantly lower sales than the other versions. It also happens to be the only console I own, so I'm biased/selfish.

I'm actually surprised that Skyrim for PS3 is still at $59.99. Though most players aren't having issues, the bad PR should have dropped the price by now.
