Speaking of the new Murphy kid, wasn't Frank there the first time Smokey was playing the "1-2-3-Baby" game? Including Smokey's comment that anyone who trusts a "bowling alley rubber" deserves whatever happens?

so an incredibly irritating version of Lex Luthor? That sounds about right, actually.
"I love it when a plan falls apart!"
(laughs at the futility of life and waves a flamethrower around)
True, though I do really like the idea of Eddie as Groucho's evil twin. I never would have made that connection, but it makes a surprising amount of sense.
I haven't seen this one, but I've seen parts of other Moore scripts that were like that. I loved that he repeatedly gave this long, painstakingly detailed description of a panel, then ended it with something like "Or if you think of something better, that's fine too." I wonder if anyone ever took him up on that…
Good God, Lemon. I didn't think any ad could make me NOT want ice cream, but here we are.
Don't they hang out at Paddy's Pub?
I've always thought that "Right down to the orange roof on Howard Johnson's shithouse" is the single most under-appreciated line in Blazing Saddles.
last 2 issues of Hulk - I was planning on bailing at the end of the first arc, but I'm kind of curious now where it's headed. I do like her more monster-ish new design.
The reveal of Philip's notebook and Vic's "Did I understand that 30-minute song correctly? might be my favorite gags of the whole series.
Yeah, there better be some pretty epic karma at the end of this road.
I've been saying since season 1 that Frank would eventually go full Caesar, and Frank saying that he expects the Underwoods to win the next 6 elections made it official. I really wish they would just get on with it.
My guess: he'll eat the Constitution, crap it out, and then wipe with the Declaration of Independence. This is, after all, a guy who smashed a giant crucifix because a priest told him to love his neighbor, and that was like 3 seasons ago.
I liked the original series, which a friend recommended to me not long before this came out. At this point, I'm mostly holding out for the part where Stamper turns on them, but who knows when/if that will ever happen.
Amen. I never understood that argument, as if a song can't really be good unless it was made as part of a set of other, equally good songs.
Overall, I like the Beatles far more than the Beach Boys, but God Only Knows is a perfect song, and probably the best thing either of them ever did, so I vote Pet Sounds.
I think that and Mark Brendana-quitz as William Henry Harrison will always be my top 2.
I loved Steve but it's definitely for the best that he stays dead. This is why they invented dream sequences and flashbacks.
that sounds awesome, especially since one of my few complaints about the WW movie was that it needed more Etta.
Anywhere. You get them ANYWHERE!
