Yeah, I read the first few of A-Force and it was ok at best, but Ms. Marvel is probably the most consistently good book of the last couple years. She even made Kamala's part of Civil War II interesting!

That is very cool, especially since "electro-mechano technician" sort of sounds like something from a comic book!
I didn't know that about Stargirl or her predecessors. Good lord.
Ages ago, I saw a script somewhere for an issue of Season of Mists, and the main thing that struck me was the number of panels that started with "Now remember, this is NOT the Jack Kirby version of ______."
I've joked on here before that there should be a law against Warlock being drawn by anyone but Bill Sienkiewicz, and I can't even imagine how he would work in live action. That said, it does sound like he's sort of perfect for this show.
Yeah, it's been great, but I'm ok with them quitting while their ahead.
I really like that it's this weird messed-up future world, that's not quite a dystopia, but more like it could go off the rails at any minute. It's a really interesting way to raise the stakes.
There were also the superhero mascots that Stan Lee came up with for the NHL a few years ago.
I love OMAC. It's not his best work, but average Kirby beats the hell out of most other things.
Is it ending? I've been reading it in trades, so I'm a little behind, but one of the first things I saw today was someone on twitter mentioning Saga, followed by a gif of Tobias Funke crying in the shower. Like I said, I don't know what's happening, but that feels like an appropriate reaction to a BKV grand finale.
There was a very limited selection in theaters that week. Even so, I chose poorly.
Also, I can vouch that it is one of the worst possible movies to see on your honeymoon.
Yep. It kills me that Catwoman's career begins AND ends in a brothel thanks to Frank Miller.
That is a very Old Testament beard. Ironically enough.
I see your point, but I dunno. Todd and Margo strike me as the sort of people who would see Trump as a "winner".
Even worse, Alfre Woodward has been in it twice, as two unrelated characters. It could take years to untangle that.
True, X-Men Gold has enough of my favorites in it that I have to at least try it, and Iceman is way overdue for a solo book. So there's hope, but everything of late has looked so bad I can't be too optimistic.
True, he always does!
Maybe, maybe not. But Margo and Todd absolutely would.
Unfortunately true.
