I know there’s stairs in this truck Torch, but you got stairs in your house?

I’ve always been fascinated by how cheap used cars are to buy in England - seems like you should be able to pick a nice one of these up for a few thousand £’s and ship it over yourself. All in you’d have change from $7,500 I bet.

Reminds me: A few years back I found a dealership that was using dressed mannequins in all its vehicle photography. Looks like the site is not around any longer, though, so I’m not sure about the dealership (or the mannequins)

Man some of these dealer photos have all the charm and quality of a beheading video

This is a dark time for me.

Lol, this is unnecessary for the Series consoles.

So I just got a Series X (managed to get a preorder) and wanted to get my wife a purple controller from the official Xbox Design Lab for Christmas - but found that said lab was unavailable until an unspecified time next year. Looking for alternatives, I found Scuf.

I’ve driven 3 - one even without the truck axle.
They were fine. Preferred the GTO while it was available.

Now playing

Congrats! I’ve done it and it’s great fun - especially enjoyed the aborted takeoff & stall training which is like a crazy rollercoaster you get to control yourself.

Yo Torch, I’ve often thought about applying an automotive paint to a non-car (e.g. a hardshell backpack, pictured, or something smaller like a phone case). Idea was I’d crack out my compressor & spray gun, order a color match kit and paint <object> the same color as my car. I figure if anyone at Jalopnik has ever done

More a pre-purchase inspection tip: If you need to check under a car and you don’t have any way to lift, use your phone’s front facing camera to record a video under the car.

Any review update x2?

Hey - how is it that there’s still time to hear more about fucking Destiny 2 and there’s not a Kotaku review of Yakuza: Like a Dragon yet?

yo there are way too many states.

Literally just put them on last weekend.
Pro tip #1: Dark grey/black wheels to hide the slush.
Pro tip #2: Put them on before you need them or you’re gonna have an awful time in your driveway slipping/sliding about and rolling your ankles as you try to swap the wheels over.

Hey Bradley, I kluged up a bracket to 3D-print and install the foreign market “VSP Off” button (removed from US models due to regulatory compliance).

Yeah - it’s just a shame they also didn’t give ZR-1 a name like THRUSTDONGER or something.

Right - but you’re making my point for me though! I’m not familiar with GM’s most famous special performance editions - neither are most people - and the shit names do the cars a disservice. When I said “think about the most famous” I didn’t mean among like - GM fanboys - I meant “among pop culture”.
