Why learn when it seems like way too many people are okay with hoping the government bails them out when things go south?   It’s similar to how everyone started buying Prius’ when gas hit around $4-$5/gallon in 2008.  It took about 1 year to revert back to buying even bigger SUV/CUVs.   American’s have the attention

I see soo many positives to having a screen in front of passenger:

$30k 4 door sedan that’s quick? Lots of good choices:

Actually $108K is not that far off.  University of Miami approx. $93K for example.   I forget Smith College or Hollyoke is approx. $90K for the 2024-2025 year.

If you take a sample pool of latino customers and a sample of white customers, I would think you could see a pattern, if they were doing shady-racist-discriminatory sales practices.   In Arizona, I find it hard to believe that they didn’t have Latino employees or they even got them to go along with screwing fellow

If a large enough population of American’s weren’t as gullible and uneducated as they are we would probably have better politicians running for office.  But here we are, we have way too many people that easily believe whatever a dunce like Vance will say.   Might even follow his advice to walk off the edge of the flat

Trump was sold on Vance after watching 5 minutes of Hillbilly Elegy.

From inside these massive ships look good, from outside I agree, they look like man made atrocities.  Nothing beautiful or elegant about the massive mega cruise ships.

With kids a larger ship is probably better for most families, as there are more venues and activities to keep kids occupied like ice rinks, theaters, rides, etc.  For adults smaller ships are just fine to relax.

Gone on 3 cruises. All bigger ships, one Harmony of the Seas which was the biggest ship at the time, around 2017. With kids it’s great. Lots to do on the ship. And a big ship actually gets you enough spots that are quiet with less people also. And Harmony of the Seas I believe has a passenger capacity of about 7,500

250-300 horsepower is more than enough.  I wouldn’t want gov’t mandated nannies to limit power etc. either.  But it’s coming sooner or later.  Mandatory e-brake lever/switch on center console would be nice also.

Neither of them probably have anything of value. You know the dealership is going to get sued also, and that’s where the millions of dollars will come from.

What about the average car being a Tercel, Accord, Camry, Tempo, Taurus, back then and a family having a average of 2 cars but today the average buyer wanting/owning a hulking CUV and having 2+ cars it seems?

GM, Ford, and Chrysler have destroyed soo many great names, no wonder the Volt never got traction. Ford had built brand equity with the Taurus, to name one, over 2 generations only to destroy it with the 3rd generation oval blob. Similar with the Focus but with the Dual clutch transmission.

I wouldn’t just single out Christian/Catholics. I’ve run across soo many people who preach about any religion, god, etc. are the most corrupt and perverted people.  I guess they feel wearing the cross around their neck or other similar religious  customs washes their sins away.

Test Drove a Toyota Crown last week with a friend. It’s a nice day. The high end, I believe Platinum trim, was expensive but it was plenty quick off the line, should be great on gas, had a excellent interior and comfortable seats. The only pause I would have would be either the 21" or 22" wheels in had. It was a

BMW has used GM transmission in the past for, I believe, 6 cylinder 3 & 5 series models. I don’t know if they currently do though.

Between 3 cars, we drive about 45K miles a year. I would love a walkable city/town center to cut down on some of those miles.

Here, in the good ole US of A, urban planning falls under the realm of socialism to way too many people.  And you know, how socialism plays with a large enough part of the population.

Which reminds, me my 96 Ford Probe GT. Overall loved the car, but from the factory, Quality was not Job #1. Both doors were aligned differently. The driver’s door was a bit low and due to frameless windows would cause water to leak in. Even after the doors were fixed, they both sounded different when closing. The
