I'd imagine thered be something akin to a 360 emulator they'll have in Windows 8 ready to go. If that program detects your computer can't run the game, it won't play it at all. Or maybe it will. Pure speculation.

If I recall, Windows 8 should play ALL 360 disc games, simply by putting the disc in your drive. I don't know if I was told incorrectly, but it's what I've heard from a few different people.

It...depends I guess. From a sales point of view for consoles and "dvd players (lol!)" maybe, but I would never say that translates into momentum for a good E3, or even less for Halo 4 and...Fable? lul.

Hopefully continous exposure of this practice and related stuff is gonna start to make a difference from the ground level. It's wishful thinking but it happens. I really enjoy seeing these articles on Kotaku. Brings meh joi.
