@d1gw33d: Your comment was an excellent explanation of the business side, from both customers and producers of phonebooks, but I really think on the consumer side this article suffers from serious tunnel vision.

@thrawnis: This is ironic if only because T-Mobile's HSPA+ network has shown faster speeds than the actual 4g WiMax Clear/Sprint/Comcast are pushing...

@crikerat: Kurt's post [gizmodo.com] suggests that the google employee is pretty sure the exploit is being used in the wild, so yeah maybe more people will take advantage of it, but that doesn't change the fact that maybe Microsoft should fix it sooner rather than later...

@Cintax: That's a pretty good point, I thought about that when I read this, the one thing I wonder though is an empty iPhone shell going to react the same way to an impact that the actual phone would?

@chronic_phobia: Actually, that article is premised on why being a bigger ipod touch is actually awesome...

@puresewas1de: I enjoyed ZnT a lot, even though it seemed like the story started to wander after the first season. Thought it was great mostly because they took the male and female lead from Shakugan no Shana, before that got weird with tons of spin offs... and put them in very similar roles.
