I know many people have been taught by employers to hate them, but this is one thing unions are good for: equitable pay scales.

That's free to you because you have no respect for others. It costs content producers time, money, effort.

Does the tech guy have to create, share and collaborate on documents with MS Office users? LibreOffice is not suitable for this, in my experience. Better to direct them to Office Online.

surely the mac doesn't require an app to keep the screen on? Isn't it just a setting?

thank you.

thank you.

I would really like more information before I even try this, but there's none supplied. Does this supplant current bookmarking? What happens if I don't like it, can I just dump it and go back? Do I have to open a new tab just to access my bookmarks? How much more tracking is being done by this add on?

We were poor and my dad needed a vehicle for his business. It was always, always breaking down/needing new something. As a result, I grew up watching him spend every penny on the vehicle and nothing on the family. I have never had a car. I have never missed having a car.

Admittedly, I'm not running the latest, so I'll update and see if

yeah, I try to avoid Amazon and Google both. I'm big on independent book sellers, libraries and Gutenberg, thanks. And, no offence, but your suggestions seem quite complicated.

So it's just me? It opens pdf's correctly and with no big delay for you?

well, I did say, particularly close. So I guess you wouldn't accept, for instance, the Legion d'honneur?

Yes, nothing beats Calibre (yet). Still, there's always room for improvement. I wish the design were more attractive (subjective, I know), that configuration were simpler, and that transferring books to my device would actually work. Oh, and that it could read pdf's - it always goes into some kind of endless loop when

I'm not dissing this, because I haven't tried it, but I hate when the solution to an overcomplicated process is to install yet more software that must be learned and configured. I have this perennial problem on every OS I use - Windows, Android and IOS, that none of them retain settings. I finally found where my
