Introduction to Literary Theory, which is a lot of fun. We're mainly studying Frankenstein, and also looking at texts in the Frankenstein myth i.e the Whale films from the 1930's, Her and Ex Machina.

I'm happy with my choices and I look forward to seeing what the lecturer brings up next. I'm hoping for some more Adventure Time, some Parks and Rec and Community - cause I know he's a fan of both of those, and I'm thinking we might be able to get some BoJack in there, and if not I'll try and talk about it in

The ending of "That's Too Much, Man" is one of the most devastatingly beautiful things that BoJack's ever done. 3 > 2 > 1 for me with BoJack.

Following up from last weeks Adventure Time in English, we watched Sherlock's deduction of John from A Study in Pink today.

That's still one of my all time favourite AD jokes.

Well, that one too. But I'm thinking Season 2 and 'Afternoon Delight' where GOB's swearing at the employees about his X thousand dollar suits.

It reminds me of a similar joke that they did in Arrested Development. I think I prefer BoJack's one though.

Side. Used to only be able to sleep on my right side, but can do both now.

That sounds awful. For two weeks, I have to wear a watch that would detect when I was getting light and when I was sleeping/what my sleep cycles were to figure out if I had Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. Turns it was just really erratic insomnia.

Not much, I only started playing yesterday. Some include: Metapod, Pidgeotto, Golbat - which looks freaking terrifying, Venonat, Bellsprout, Tentacool, Kingler and Staryu.

I literally just caught an Ekans!

I normally have my first existential crisis from BoJack somewhere around the 8th or 9th episode of the season, but season 3's first one came early. Turns out BoJack Horseman's raw honesty doesn't even need words. Really appreciated a lot of the parallels/contrasts in this episode, like how BoJack connects with a horse

On a Colbert note: The Werd was perfect and 'new mcdonalds angry meal' is my new favourite Colbert name for Trump.

So Seth Meyers has officially become my go to political guy with this:

That could be! Though Finn and Jake do have cards with words on them, which tips communication in their favour.

At least it stopped early on? Hope you're having a great time!

Season 5, Episode 20 'Shhhh'. We're doing structuralism.

Well not in a later year university English Lit theory course.

We are watching Adventure Time in English!!! Hard not for me to explode right now.

Damn, that Sherlock trailer is quite something.
