Glad to hear you liked Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy! I'm a huge fan of the movie and the book, and it's just an amazing adaptation. It's also always great to see which British actor will get the bad hair cut - someone always has to - but damn, that is just not great Cumberbatch hair.

- Finished season 4 of The Office with Stephen. Man, that show knows how to do finales well. Amy Ryan is incredibly enjoyable and I hope she sticks around, though I have a sad, sinking feeling that she doesn't :(

Stephen Colbert's first guest on the Late Show will be George Clooney:

I still can't believe that today is Jon Stewart's last show, I really can't.

Any time! Glad to have been able to help.

I do not mind at all! Thanks for asking!

It's always a pleasure to share my love of Peanuts. Thank you, Dunk.

Oh, that's very kind of you to say, thank you. Not my biggest project, but the one that inspired it all.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what you mean by "claim it".

I love Peanuts - so much so that my avatar is a quilt I made based on Peanuts.

It's very appropriate that he gets the last word. Esophagus.

Matt Zoller Seitz is releasing a book on Mad Men called 'Mad Men Carousel: The Complete Critical Companion'.

More of The Office with Stephen! Finished The Dinner Party, which along with the Deposition might be some of my all time favourite Office episodes.

The Parks and Rec Season 3 gag reel is a godsend.

There aren't. I'm pretty sure her films are still banned in Germany.

It's a fair point about war propaganda, though honestly I'd be sad if no one watched Triumph of the Will and pretty much any of Riefenstahl's work. Her context and actions are reprehensible, but her technical skill is beautiful. If you watch sports, congrats, you owe much of how sports are filmed to her. It's also a

Peanuts and Winnie the Pooh. Not just for quilt reasons.

Calling Umeko:

That happened to me in Friends when one of my discs wouldn't work in the dvd player but would on my computer.
