@Hazey Jane: Yeh I think you might be right. I don't know what it is then. My hipster-tolerance is normally pretty high, but this guy still weirds me out. That can sometimes be the sign of a good actor though... ok now I've confused myself.

Jason Schwartzman weirds me out. I can't tell if he takes himself waaay too seriously, or not remotely seriously and I'm just not in on the joke.

I go inside and feel the comfiness of the couch and the warm reassurance of the TV remote. It reminds me of the natural order of things. I feel such gratitude!

@shininstar: Congratubamalations!! Well deserved.

Genius, guys, pure genius! I think #8 is my personal fave.

@weirdette: "... and jazz flute is for little fairy boys"

Oh Oksana, can't you just make him disappear with the magic wand you're holding in that there photo?

Haha! Good to know all those hours of watching back-to-back CSI in a susceptible stoner haze weren't completely wasted.

Hmm, I wonder if he'll turn up in the first couple of scenes to give his version of events, then be dismissed as unconnected to the case, then about half way through be shockingly reconnected to the case when a new piece of evidence is discovered, then be brought in to spill some info he failed to mention earlier

@rah29: I saw him on GMTV yesterday morning showing off about having been invited, a couple of hours later... UNINVITED! Ha! How'd you like those crumpets, Nick?!

Take a good hard look, Nick Griffin!

@beautifulbeast @jumpingpiglet: ... back from when she had to use a Spanish-to-English dictionary to write her songs. I, personally, wish more artists used that technique!

Meh... what a wasted opportunity to dress like a wack-a-doo.

It's lucky that her breasts are so perfectly humble... because that's a rather small bikini and rather large stretch.

He may be getting a little rough around the edges, but I'd still brandish Brad... I'd brandish him güd.

@ninles: Shock humour really is the laziest form of humour. Any old twat can say something outrageous, but wit requires talent. I've never really 'got' her either.

A thalidomide joke?! Seriously? That shit wasn't funny in the 70's, it sure as hell isn't funny now. Grow up, Silverman.

One of the best descriptions of Mad Men I've ever heard is that you don't so much watch it, but sit back and absorb it.
