This is a strange story, in that Nintendo just put claims on the videos, which does not impact the user’s account status just takes any revenue from the videos. Only strikes impact account status, not claims.. So the user took down the claimed videos because they wanted to.
They already limit how many people can watch at once (one at a time on the lowest tier plan) which is reasonable and keeps any password sharing among people you’d trust. If someone lets their parents use their Netflix account they either have to spring for an expensive multi-user plan or never use it at the same time.
As someone who normally bounces off open-world games, there’s definitely something different about BOTW. I couldn’t say precisely what, but it feels different from Elder Scrolls or Horizon.

What few mechanics we have been able to spot look pretty fun, at least! Foregoing any expectations for now, but honestly, that “loop around and homing attack” bit looked like an embrace of systems-based mechanics and that’s a good move!
