A bloo bloo bloo, clearly dozens of people are acting in a hyperbolic and shitty manner in this very thread and I made a ridiculously over the top comment and somehow got lumped in with the people making ridiculously over the top comments.

I've been a fool! A FOOL!

I'm late, but the comments section on this article reminds me a lot of when I was a stupid 19-20 year old and was pissed off that Gandalf lost the Best Supporting Actor Oscar to some jerkface named Ben Kingsley for some stupid movie called Sexy Beast that I'd never heard of.

Yes, the way that someone made one comment about rankings toward the thing you said was way out of line. Clearly, you're owed an apology.

Art Monk specifically made this joke roughly seventy-six times funnier than it would have been with, say, John Riggins. I regret that I have but one like to give, sir.

Treme is, without a doubt, my favorite show of probably all of the last four years. I rank it higher than the Wire, which I know is generally seen as insanity, but I have no regrets on that front.

Sounds reasonable. I'll start from scratch and try to give it a new run sometime in the near future. After all, a Buffy avatar would never lie to me!

Because it's the opinion of a wide and disparate group with differing opinions on poll items, I'd imagine. Probably the hype from the people who played Infinite and GTA V early built them up too much for the folks who played them later, who found them both to be let downs as a result.

I really wanted to like it after the first few, but I just couldn't get into it and ended up setting it aside. Does it change quite a bit after the first three or so episodes? Those first few episodes just felt like a lot of clueless whiteness being sprayed all around to vague comedic effect.

I watched three or four episodes before giving up, but I have no doubt that you're correct. It's bound to be a small percentage in comparison, though clearly a fairly vocal percentage that is a bit more 'in tune' with the writers than the rest of us.

As a Rams fan, I'm ecstatic!

Only slightly apropos of something - there are actually two versions of that image. Lots of theories that might turn out to be spoilers, but you can ignore those and just look at the two pictures for yourself in the first post: http://www.telltalegames.co…

I just can't trust Internet not to give me some level of spoilers. I'm glad I hadn't heard anything about Season 1 until it was finished, but as it gets more popular, the number of players who are dickbags will continue to increase.

Pour one out for our departed notifications.

That's a pretty good point as well. After all, most of them probably don't have much else interesting going on to talk about, so other than the poly thing would probably run out of discussion topics rather quickly.

In my defense, it's the only way that I know how to get my significant other to have sex with me.

I think that's similar to Christianity (of all things!) - It seems like most Christians are the kinds of assholes who want to shove their religion down your throat because those are the ones that you actually hear from, and the majority of Christians that you deal with on a daily basis aren't people that you even know

Just handcuff yourself to him next time, obviously. Maybe some of those cute furry cuffs so that it comes off less creepy.

I'd imagine it's more about the freedom to have people find out about your sexuality without a huge freakout and potential involvement by governmental authorities who think that you're making an unsafe home environment for your children, etc etc.

Ouch. Yeah, that's a very good point - there are a lot of things that are just plain insurmountable in this department, no matter what you're going for. And I'd say that wanting to have power over your partner to the point of leaving them sobbing on the floor is probably right in the same category and simply not
