his Lord of the Rings reviews are excellent.
his Lord of the Rings reviews are excellent.
I just have to say these reviews are incredibly well-written, which is an increasingly rare thing on this website.
my sister thinks his performance in Elvis was the worst of his career but somehow this sounds worse
as I recall, Dumbledore Calrissian must take the ring to Mordor.
why must we pit two bad bitches against each other?
lmao all these film pitches slap
Harry Melling was in The Golden Compass and The Queen’s Gambit! it’s always fun to see him pop up in a random role.
if we all work together, I’m confident we can get Top Gun back into the top spot.
as a six-year-old who (didn’t know he) was on the spectrum, I found immense comfort in his portrayal of someone who’s exuberantly, unashamedly nerdy.
I had no idea this was in development and now I’m really excited. Wildwood at times reads like a beat-for-beat retelling of the first Narnia book, but it had charm! I loved it.
I loved her in David Copperfield!
I would be more excited about this if Matt Reeves was doing it.
It will be interesting to see how well this show performs compared to its predecessor, given that none of the characters are instantly appealing. “the most-watched TV show of all time”
this isn’t remotely true? The finale of Family Ties drew nearly forty million viewers, and it barely made the list of top ten biggest finales.
didn’t Bryan Fuller and Neil Gaiman both bail after the first season?
I loved how the final sequence seemed almost like an homage to the end of the 1957 noir film “Double Indemnity,” which similarly ends with two foes / lovers sharing a cigarette while the law bears down.
the only times I can remember this happening are when Titanic and Avatar came out.
maybe a Flannery O’Connor-esque moment of self-awareness... Vince Gilligan loves Flannery O’Connor.
this is weird because tonight my sister said to me, “I hope Vince Gilligan does a Twilight Zone-style anthology series.”
we would never have gotten “Danny Collins”!
