Good thing forced arbitration clause did not prevent the lawsuit. Turns out civil justice can lead to...justice.

Only thing Pagano can beat is cancer apparently.
“The Kings play in the least glitzy city in the NBA,” The Indiana Pacers are happy (but surprised) you wrote this.
Steph handles a real basketball better than I handle a nerf ball.
Indiana license plate and Mopar Nationals t-shirt!
My new dream is to be OJ Mayo at a strip club.
Serious question: is drifting an art, or does it make the car go faster on the course, or something else?
Those 1990’s TA’s are ugly as sin. When I was 18 I could not imagine myself behind the wheel. And as I write this my dream car is a 1977 to 1980 TA. I will have one!!!!!! He is right the second generation F body is the best. The third Gen is great in early to mid 80’s form. After that they are crap. Absolute crap.…
Perfect. It reminds me of my first car, a 1969 Valiant. Mine was a 3 on the tree straight six but close.
I am looking at new cars that can handle kids and has decent mpg. This is the only one that intrigues me. I will likely end up with a Mazda though.
Why do the Blue Angels and the Air Force version exist at all? Why does each service have one?
You are the exception unfortunately. I commute on my bike most of the time and frequently see drivers moving forward while looking down at their phone, ignoring stop signs and stop lights. Cars are great. The people driving them are dangerous and careless.
Have you driven a 90’s Pontiac or GM anything? Sweet Jesus they were crap. In fact, most GM cars designed in the 1980’s to 90’s were crap. My 1981 Cutlass was bad ass. But my 1986 Cavalier Z24 was the half the car, just ass. All pontiacs were plastic clad monstrosities by this time.
Why is Iraq still a country?
What are they going to bomb that has not already bombed by the US, France, other allies and Russia? Maybe the UK could spend its time and money helping refugees?
Also, shouldn’t be expect some lead time for preparation about just where to put these people and what they should destroy, kill or blow up? If they are being deployed today, is it not likely that there were months of training (that relied on outdated and bad intelligence about the “bad guys”)?
Because there are no good goals, no good options. It is foolish to do anything because “something” needs to be done. I am happy we are slow to respond. This is a civil war with myriad factions. No power has any clue about the implications of supporting any one party—save for the Russians and their support for Assad.…
Do you think the SU-24 able to defend itself? Is it a sitting duck for an F-16?
Was there a fight between the jets? Do you think the Russian jet ignored warnings until the missile was launched?
Aggregation of suck.
