The latest Prong is really good. I hadn't liked anything of theirs since Prove You Wrong (but they were on hiatus for a while with Victor in Danzig, right?) The Banishment reminded me why I liked them in the first place.

Thanks!

Regionalized questions?
John,

So I'm the only one psyched about Command Performance?
OK. Fine. I guess I'll just Netflix IW it by myself then. Screw you all anyways.

Dawn of the Dead
Sometimes the Theatrical cut, sometimes the European cut, but since when I'm sick I feel like a zombie, I might as well watch them.

@tex - I'm really glad that I did a search of the comments before posting anything, you saved me a lot of typing. It's reassuring to my mental health to know that I'm not the only person who still has the Bibbi Babka Ditty memorized.

HUG BUTTON
All games could use one of these.

(This is fun.)

Yeah, you'll have to forgive Ben for actually taking a stand and risking his life for total strangers. Sure, Tom and Judy died in the attempt, but they knew it was a possibility and went anyways.

Yep.

Ben said they'd use the basement as a last resort. Then Harry (the dad) got all fucking uppity and left them locked outside to die when they went out for the truck.

If you like gore, then yes, you'll like DAY.

Rakim, big time.

I'm glad they're back.
I had reservations about this album, but resigned myself last night that I'd get it this morning and give it a chance. It's really good, and different enough from Cantrell's solo stuff that it actually SOUNDS like an AiC record.

Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
I dunno…That doesn't belong on Blu-Ray. Who are you trying to kid in prettying it up? This film should only be seen on 2nd generation VHS.

Pony Express Record is fantastic.

See, I learn something new every day. Thanks!

OK, so was he married…
to Lennon's sister BEFORE doing the Reno 911 theme? That's such a cool connection I had never been made aware of before. (Also, it helps explain Wedren in the wedding reception band in I Love You, Man as well.) Again, great interview.

I got the Baby album on eMusic a while back. I'm not a subscriber anymore, but may be at least one place to find it.

Very cool.
What a surprise to see this interview. Thanks, AV Club!
