I used Google Voice and thought it was great until I got YouMail. When my friends call and hear their own name as part of my greeting (that I didn't have to record), it's an instant win.

Is there a service that can go through my past emails/facebook posts and figure out what kind of day I was having back then? Maybe it could look through my text messages and call logs too, maybe my XBMC log of what I watched, my iTunes playlist info.

how do I get my Firefly remote linked up with XBMC? Somehow, only a few buttons work - and I never found a good programming guide.

How can I play these files on my classic xbox? What settings should I use to ensure that there isn't stuttering? Streaming isn't necessary, I can save the files to my xbox hard drive.

I recently became a fan of e-books after helping a friend move. His wife had about 20 boxes of architecture/design books, and all of them were extremely heavy. I doubt she's ever going to read them, but I still had to carry all the boxes in the heat. It made me think "why doesn't the world just make more PDFs

Can I make a request? Can some of the laptops on this list (and it's a very long list) include some dedicated video RAM? I'd really like to easily watch some hi-def video or play a nice video game on my next laptop purchase.

I use uTorrent and JDownloader while sleeping, for maximum efficiency :)

I'm always surprised that no one has created a "sharing" site for ebooks in PDF format, particularly textbooks (or does such a thing exist and I am unaware?)

I actually worked on this app! I was a "mall walker" - I went through the mall while on the phone with one of their representatives, and named every store.

As I recall, the reason I've been using AVI's is because XBMC on my classic XBox has no problem playing them. I tried playing some MKV's on it, and they totally didn't work, apparently due to the limitations of the processor.

Uhm, that's too much work. What's different about instant oatmeal that makes it an unsuitable alternative?

what would be the best way to download some music off MySpace and convert it to MP3? Would a tool like this work?

For some reason, I thought it made music albums. Which confused me. Although that would be a hot idea ... you can already make a Smart Playlist in iTunes, can you do it by criteria based on time last played?

Well, you could use your xbox (which is already hooked up to the TV) as a network extender, and play your files over the network. Which is wonderful, FYI.

Actually, I've thought about it a little more. I'll buy a Kindle when there is a pricing model that correlates to the library. Let me have the book for free for a month, then I can't read it anymore. That's more than fair.

uhm sorry Wall Street Journal has a free app for my iPod Touch that fits my budget perfectly.

I'd still like to see them fix the lockups. Firefox always hangs for me, both at home and work, and the delays kill me. It sometimes takes 30 seconds for it to catch up to my typing.

Just bought this book last week. Still working on reading it, up to page 115 or so. I recommended it to a lot of my friends who are in financial problems, mostly involving credit card debt.

Is there a program that can go through my entire iTunes collection and automatically fix my ID3 tags? Even though the information in iTunes is (somewhat) right, the ID3 tags are a crankin's mess.
