Is it racist when a black person calls me Mr. (insert first name), when it should be Mr. (insert last name)? Or is it racist that it bothers me?

It is white man trash talking a black man. That is racism in USA evidently. In the USA a lot of black people do not think they can be racist, they believe racism is only something a white person can be.
