Every now and then when I start my Crosstrek, it doesn’t unlock the steering. It’s never done it other than at startup, but it worries me, so I’m probably going to get that checked out soon.

Too true. Last year when I was gaming stocks to prep for my Cali move, I lucked out to check them mid-meeting, and notice when the hedges started fighting back against the WSB crowd. I managed to only lose $300 in the 15 minutes since their attacks started, but another half an hour and I’d have been in the red.

I found a conservative’s take on the whole thing while looking for an interview with Gatwa about it, and let’s just say it’s not him being Scottish they take issue with...

That eases my mind some. I can 3d print the cupholder, and I’d be looking for the hard top Solstice, anyway...

Even worse, the dealership had to have known the kid has no drivers license. They’ve got a photo of the ID of everyone that works for them. Michigan’s state ID is clearly not a drivers license.

I was baffled as to why the family would sue the Jeep owner at all, but then I saw their lawyer is Feminineo. Total ambulance chaser, that posts billboards near intersections with high occurrence of accidents.

That’s a funny way of spelling emotional trauma...

Have you looked into what it’s like to source parts for these? Now that my Mini has been passed on, and all I’ve got is a Crosstrek, I’m looking at fun cars for the street. I’ve always had a soft spot for the hard top Solstice, but with both brands (Pontiac and Saturn) gone, I’m terrified that I’d buy one, and

What was that car doing, driving that slow after having skipped going into the pits? There’s’ no way it was going at race speeds, even for GT300...

He keeps funding things that no one else bothered to (yet all knew were possible). His employees are the ones doing the things. You’re confusing the fruits of their labors for his contributions, when his contributions are no more than a napkin pitch and a massive bank account.

How do you propose we make ubiquitous R/C technology somehow aware of an FAA registration? If it had a receiver or flight controller in it that would somehow know that, it’s not something that couldn’t be easily and readily replaced by anyone capable of flying it...

Not with where it was flying from. Organized crime in Michigan can afford boats. Algonac is a hotbed of MAGA hat wearing, gun toting yokels. In the middle of that river, about a mile towards Lake St Clair is Harsens Island. The local headquarters of the “Michigan Militia”, who likes to remind the hunters during duck

St. Clair River? I bet that was from Algonac. *checks Google Maps* Yup...

Mine will be much better when I eventually get motivated and re-clip on the front bumper cover. It sits slightly off (looks like Tesla built my Crosstrek). That, and a new driver’s door card, and it’ll look like new.

My Crosstrek is a Carvana car from Texas. It’s got overspray on the interior (they didn’t remove the door card before spraying, or left a window open, or something), and when I got it, it had paint on the front tires. The front bumper obviously doesn’t fit right. Clean Carfax, and Carvana swears they know nothing

There was (is?) always the possibility of meddling with the date in Windows, to make the game think you’d been gone for 5 years. If that still works, it’s probably the main way people get the achievement.

$70k for fiberglass and wood, with some tires? No thanks...

Which of them is the most likely, given equally modest treatment, to be in decent shape for the second or third owner? EV prices are stupid, and I’m not paying more for a car than I do for my house, on principle, so I’m more interested in what they’ll be like a few years down the line...

The wrong size tires?

Just don’t go full Torch. You never go full Torch...
