It worries me that Sonnenfeld is involved in the Netflix series. If the people who had been involved in making the movie had actually read the books it could have been good. As it was, the movie was alright as a stand-alone movie (I’d give 6.5/10), but as an adaptation of a series it was abysmal (0.5/10 for getting the character’s names right).
