I mean, I’m sure they could have if they wanted to, but Gunn’s movie skyrocketed the Guardians of the Galaxy out of relative obscurity. I mean, even the comic versions of the characters and team were almost immediately changed to reflect the movie.

If PS2 had graphics like that, I’d be blown away.

All this sounds great and all, but if the boss still takes three to ten clips worth of headshots in order to down them, then I'm still not coming back. Combat feels slow, chunky, and boring. The bullet sponge effect needs to end for NPCs.
