I own a 2003 E53 X5 (yeah, it’s old) but I’ve had more problems with this US built SUV than I’ve had with my German built 91 E34. Only thing that went out on my E34 so far was the transmission and surprise, it’s a GM transmission built in the US.

There isn’t really a difference between a Honda NSX and an Acura NSX. It’s all down to where they were sold. Honda NSXs weren’t sold in the USA, they were sold under the Acura badge as they were supposed to be a luxury sports car that doesn’t really fit into the Honda lineup

The E46 taillight thing is also common on early model E53s, happened to mine and fixed it twice. There’s a permanent fix for it using Mercedes parts tho lol
