Sure, they’re successful, happily married, honest about their own flaws and vulnerabilities, and try to do things to make the world a little bit better. But Alexis sees right through all of that. Alexis just knows, you see?  

I don’t particularly hate them; they’re very talented people. I just can’t get past the idea feeling they were carefully engineered to be both appealing and non-threatening.
