It really bugs me that ESPN is taking criticism for this. This is EXACTLY the same thing as what happened to Schilling. If you all can’t see how rational conversation that isn’t political in any way and half-baked memes that are grounded in fiction aren’t the same damn thing, you all need to get your heads checked.

Started out watching F1 with David Hobbs and Bob Varsha on ESPN back in the 80's.

If you look at it the other way the Titans signing Brandon Weedon over Colin Kaepernick creates far more thinking about race relations in American than just signing Kaepernick in the first place would have.

I mean, I can’t think of who else the Titans would be colin right now, particularly with regard to kaep concerns. Right in the nick of time, too.

Because unlike Andy Rooney when he was on 60 Minutes, Mr. Hansen has control of his bowels and isn’t doing a third rate Catskills comedy act that was tired in 1958?

Here’s something I just saw on Hansen’s twitter feed.

“I don’t know you or agree with you, but I’ll defend to the death my right to use a caricature of you to deny rights to brown people.”

How come Chris Rock can do a routine, and everybody finds it hilarious and groundbreaking, and then I go and do the exact same routine, same comedic timing, and people file a complaint?

Sure is interesting how this gentleman, and most of the other veterans I know (myself included) have become this endangered species whose feelings and honor must be protected by the brave patriots in the bleachers and on twitter!

Dale Hansen is an American treasure and Dallas’ only redeeming quality.

Or, you know, a country where you get shot by police because your skin is darker than others.
