“To be honest”? Honest and Mitsubishi do not go together. First, they lied about their repair claims under warranty. Second, they lied about their gas mileage. Buy an old Subaru, an old Toyota Highlander or a Lexus Something or Other, but don’t buy a Mitsubishi.  I recommend the Lexus!

Similar trucks with less miles are available from $3.5K to $4K.  And they don’t have those ugly wheels.

So, I get the impression that you don’t like it.  (I’d say you are in the vast majority, but, then again, where is Mike Tyson when you need him?)

Maybe BMW would this one a “Coupe” as well?

And on the other hand, maybe some guy was driving his car in Virginia and had a heart attack, drove off the side of the road and has yet to be found. This idiot stored his brand new Corvette and told no one about it. For some reason, his estate paid the storage bill until just recently. OK, so much for the Twilight

As you know, most auto companies track a Customer Satisfaction Index (“CSI”). Almost all buyers receive a form (or an email these days with a link to a website) that asks questions about their purchasing experience. I am amazed that Mazda has such lousy dealers or that it appears to be not tracking CSI. I have a Miata

Hurricane damage?

Old car salesman’s saying “Never buy a car from a guy with attitude; his attitude is hiding something.”   This dealer wants this car to be long gone.  Must be more to the story.

Market timing is a piece of cake as the following quote shows:

Jiffy also told me that I needed to change the fluid in my power steering unit three weeks after I had done it myself. Nothing like a Turkey baster to remove old oil!

Best column of all time!

This might be an all-time CP Loss!  Well deserved, I might add.

Yeah, but why is it no longer street legal?  I figure I could cut my daily commute by 2/3s if I had this baby.  uh, make that 5/6s.

I heard they were seriously considering using “Edsel”.

Oh, and if you buy a FCA car, you might consider dating a mechanic.

Anytime a dealer says no test drives allowed, stay away.

There isn’t?  How about me and my bad back?  I really like the seats on the Lincoln Continental and they are heated and have a/c as well.  How about my aunt, who isn’t a very good driver so we steered her into a car that beeps when she is about to hit something on the right (she doesn’t like to turn her head that way,

Doubtful at best. There will be two Corvettes. One at the present price points and the other, the mid-engined, ovbiously, will start at $130-$150K.  Maybe the mid-engined will be a Cadillac (Hudson? Cord? :>)

Needs black leather seats and a turbo, but I’d buy it!
