I don't know about in Norway but in Canada life is 25 years but after those years the person undergoes some more testing if they are a dangerous offender or have a risk o repeat. SO while he may "only" get 21 years there is a good chance (assuming their legasl system is like mine) that he will never get out.

Frankly some people view the WP7 model as a bad thing as they all have similar specs, I view it as a good thing for this reason. It allows MS to easily make updates to fit the software ensuring speedy updates. What did it take 6 weeks for all handsets to receive mango and even less time for Apollo.

I can really see Kickstarter changing the game industry. If groups can create thier own game without massive companies and they get some good money from people to do it... Heck one of my favourite games (sins of a solar empire) was made on less then 1million

Well obviously the middle east has cheap gas but really though compared to the rest of the world gas prices in the US are cheap. I live in Canadan and people cross the border just to get gas

Hmmm well Rogers jsut came out with a new cancelation/upgrade policy like a month or two ago. Also iPhones usually have a slightly larger subsidy then android phones. I canceled my iPhone 4 that I gt at launch and after $250 in upgrade fees i had a new Nexus. In the states it was selling for 300 before taxes

And will consumers be able to access this database so they can run an IMEI to make sure the phone they are about to guy from a guy off Craigslist is not stolen?
