I like parts of the Batman run, It's real uneven but there are enough glimpses of geniune brilliance that I keep reading. I love Deathstroke too, Supermans pretty good but Aquamna bored me to tears and Wonder Womans writers have a habit of retconning everything the previous writer did. though I do like Rucka. I guess

I'm lowkey getting really bored with DC, nothing has really grabbed me since early Rebirth and DC seems hesitant to try anything interesting outside of shitty Watchmen crossovers.

The same flaws that bog down every super hero movie, a weak villain and a disappointing third act. But once you move past those the character interactions are great at the action is solid.

I've been enjoying SE a lot even though the pace is slow, the atmosphere created is really cool and it's interesting how legitimately bleak it feels. I'm hoping things begin to pick up next issue though.

Landy's also written the Champions tie in for SE and it's great.

Rowell is also working with Faith Hicks on two GN's so she has some experience with the medium

The thing about NaziCap is that Spencer is capable of writing "good" heroes, his samcap run shows that, it seems to me like HydraCap and the resulting sotrylines were written less ou tof a need to turn Cap bad but to show the logical endpoint of the increasingly militarized path Cap and SHIELD have been heading down

My central issue with DC's cosmic stuff (and rebirth as a whole in some ways) is how lacking in imagination and small it feels. It always seems to be telling the same story over and over withour really bothering to explore the big universe. There should be more stuff like Omega Men that explores the more out there

The ending to episode 2 was surprisingly emotional given all of the strangeness that preceded it.

Lynch is still one of the best horror directors working today

I can't help but see him as shaggy in whatever he does

I'm loving the darker tone of the revival so far.

I still remember the days when the comment section used to shit on this show relentlessly, it's crazy how much it's improved from season to season

I'd like to see him work with Lemire again, his work on Green Arrow and OML is nothing short of spectacular

Sorrentino makes most things better

The FCBD issue fills in a bunch of the time skip gaps with regards to how Hydra took over though it mostly focuses on the battle at washington.

Apperently the FCBD issue fills in the gaps on how Hydra took over completley

This is Fuller so there is a 100% chance of this show getting bigger weirder and probably more homoerotic as the show goes on.

It's because a lot of people seemed to think that the West Wing was a refelction of poloitical reality rather than an idealistic liberal pipe dream.

Alot of Asians I know seem to be big fans of hip hop and stuff like Jersey club but that may just be an East Coast thing.
