I think the main problem is almost all of the talent left Sega when they finally no longer had a sugar daddy paying for everything and left the console making biz.

Blizzard has a shit-ton of issues, but I honestly doubt they would be so clueless as to not offer transmog on launch this time. Gamers can forgive much if there is a robust transmog system in place that lets them dress as they like without having to give up better stats.

By the time they realized that the Sixaxis was not really up to the task of playing the game with motion controls, it was too late. They patched in DS3 controls, but the game was already in bargain bins and bad joke gifts forever.

Honestly, I think if while folks realized just how many guns black folks had, gun control would be enacted within 8 hours or less. Not just typical gun control, but full on, “Hand them over now. ALL OF THEM.”

It’s all a ploy to get people in the door so they don’t realize until after they paid good money that the food is complete and total ass and the entire chain needs to go bankrupt with a blood bath at the highest level so they can realize that all the cutest marketing in the world can’t change that it’s shitty food.

I think part of the problem is that money helps to a point, but we would need something that has never been seen before. STEM fields would have to be greatly enlarged, we would need hundreds of people entering schooling, completing it and then getting assigned to places all over the world.

I feel that if every country in the world put 50% of it’s GDP into a giant pot for five years and funneled it all to cancer research and treatment development, at the end you might have maybe some progress on one type of cancer, but still have shitloads of people dying from it every single year no matter what

I honestly wish I knew myself. Most of Kotaku’s writers are scattered among different publications. I know of Defector, but I can’t spare that level of money, even for great writing. I don’t think there will be anything like old Kotaku like there is Deadspin.
