Yea. Most of Jamie's story arc is really like a coming of age narrative that's happening way to late in someone's life. He had a position of privilege and power within society and essentially never had to think about what he was doing because he was either owed or wouldn't be held accountable. His capture is the first

The collar necklaces are quite pretty.

Actually I think it's from Castle.

Exactly. There has to be a cultural mentality that this item made it all they way through production before someone said "wait a minute... maybe this is too much" That's a lot of unquestioned beliefs about women's purpose and bodies.

I'm sure the poster wasn't trying to comment about how it was a good or bad thing. They were simply making a note that the title could be misleading. Particularly the wording reminded me of the wording of the the US ban on funding to international abortion groups. I clicked and began reading to find out about the

As does anyone who followed The Very Secret Diaries.

Thank you for making me laugh.

The problem is the fact that the woman at the polling place, part of the checks and balances system you're relying upon, said it wasn't a problem and ignored the correct path that would ACTUALLY fix the issue. Instead she's going to ignore it and allow people to mis-vote. That is plain and simple fraud.

#correction The term Skepchick is actually a group of female skeptics that write and post at skepchick.org. While Rebecca Waston did found the website and group to the best of my knowledge she doesn't (and hasn't) use it as an internet handle personally. There is an in person meeting group that also goes by that name

Yea. This wasn't the Philly Inquirer (the reputable paper in town). This was the Daily News which is kinda more of a laughing stock of right wing apology and stock quotes mostly written for the red voting suburbanites. Growing up in the area (as part of the target demo even) we knew not to pay attention.

While I am not a breeder or GSD specialist I do want to say that at least these dogs look healthy overall. They're spines appear to be straight, as do their rear legs. Nor do they have the high-gaited rear tip-toe look that the overbred EU show dogs display. They don't say they're show bred dogs but simply German bred

My immediate thought at that was, "I was raised in a former steel town." Santorum's comments about how well they're doing still piss me off.

I'm the young girl who still looks up to that cousin. I guess I keep pulling for Lindsay for those very reasons that I still love and want to help and support my cousin. It's nice when people can actually see what's best for them and follow through with it. But there's a lot in life that makes that really hard to do

"as if John Waters directed a show written by Roald Dahl with a college radio soundtrack." How did this never come into existence?!

Now playing

No. They would actually have a lot MORE money than they do now. They donate about twice as much as they cost in land rent money to the government each year. So the discussion about them "living on the taxpayers dime" is really quite silly. CGP Grey has a great video about it over at Youtube.

Yea that puppy should not be away from it's mama. Its eyes are still closed and it looks like it hasn't really begun to move around on its own yet.

Well duh.. there's at least like 4 BBCs! heh. Although if DA is on the "trashy" channel your country's programming is still waaaaaaay better than the US's.

Truth. Instead of going all evo psych my first thought was similar. Women are trained by culture to see themselves and sexual objects to be consumed, that's the purpose of their image. With that mindset there will naturally be some reaction.

The thing is... no one came into this world without being born so in the majority of instances yes, even childless women have experienced a child/parent bond... because they had one growing up.

He's like scarily happy and enthusiastic.
