Is your first paragraph the opposite of what the article says (article says South) or did I misunderstand your comment, the article, or both?

I’m not seeing where to get the $149 price. I see $199 if on the waiting list, but not the lower amount. Is it too late to get in on the lower price? Am I looking in the wrong place? Is there a coupon code?
