I dont think he will become a white walker. But I also dont think Melisander will rezz him. If I had to guess, I think they will burn his body, as they often do with corpses in Westeros, and he will rise from the ashes, because of R+L=J. The Mad King thought he would rise from the flames....Jon actually will.
