Yes. I wear dresses year-round and people act like it’s insane. In the winter I wear tights and in the summer it’s way more comfortable to me than pants (and I don’t own shorts). Plus you can just throw a dress on, put on some flats, and you’re done!

I posted back in December on an open thread (RIP) freaking out about what to wear to my new job as a teacher after moving from Atlanta to Minneapolis in the dead of winter. In Atlanta, we dressed professionally enough, given that we are in front of high schoolers all day—we wore dresses, skirts, dress pants, etc. but

I watched it by myself and then tried to get my husband to watch it and he wouldn’t. Then last month we ran out of things to watch so I made him watch it, and I think he liked it even more than me.

Who ungrayed you

Same! We can be lonely together over the internet.

unfortunately

Ah, yes.

Who run the world?

Yes. As a 26-year-old childless female high school teacher, I am still expected to act like a mother. I am not a mother. I am a teacher.

Looking at their little faces brings me great joy, which is very valuable.

I truly, honestly thought this was satire and was scoffing at the comments asking who this was about.

That makes me feel better about insisting on sweaters, scarves, and boots on October 1st in Atlanta, even if it was 85. Close enough, right?

Good to know! I really have looked around and had no luck. Buying them now!

Thank you!

I bought fleece-lined leggings thinking they were tights, so I’m hoping I can pull those off. I also bought some Cuddl Duds but can really only wear those under slacks. I’ll check out your recommendation! Thanks!

Ha! We should have. I don’t think it’s going to get anywhere near cold in Florida. My best friend was visiting her parents there last weekend and posted pictures of her laying by the pool. I was so jealous!

Thank you!

Well, what’s sad about it is, though he is so ridiculous, the others make him seem almost normal.

Lol. He’s so cringeworthy. He’s like an Alzheimer’s patient, except he’s way too young for that.

Oh my gosh. Without dropping any spoilers, the villain MAKES the show.
