Skidpad Lateral G and figure 8 tests of both fall short of the E-Ray. Taycan Turbo S is 1400-ish pounds heavier, and Tesla Plaid is 1100-ish pounds heavier than the Corvette.

Not to mention the Corvette can turn WAY more laps than either EV, and most tracks don’t have DC Fast charging.

I drive 106 miles a day commuting and 95 of them are interstate miles. I whole heartedly concour with your comment. I know exactly who isn't using cruise and I don't understand why anyone wouldn't use it on the highway. 

I used to be that way.  Then I drove a car with adaptive cruise control.  That I will use.   The old school sucks especially on hills with an automatic.  But adaptive makes things so much nicer.

I’ll be honest with you, on long trips it’s usually obvious who isn’t using cruise control, and they kind of drive me crazy. Cruise keeps things orderly on the interstate. 

I think Canada has stricter laws about such things. In the US they don’t.  I know the last round of layoffs at my company were one month severance regardless of years worked.  Pretty bullshit. 

The general rule of thumb in yachting is you expect to pay 10% of the purchase price every year for maintenance, crew, etc. Assuming a 67 million purchase price you are looking at over 18K per day.

I hate it when I have to transport propane in the car. Propane tanks in enclosed spaces just seems like a bad idea. I use the truck whenever possible. If I have to use the car, it’s a quick direct trip, out and back; with the windows open.

What the actual fuck was this person thinking? If they were unaware of the propane tank in the back, what the actual fuck was the person who left it there thinking?
