By the time I got there even their breakroom was ransacked, so I didn’t even get a Hertz donut.

The most surprising part about all of this is that Hertz didn’t try to immediately arrest all of the customers.
NP for a neat hobby car. Are you going to take the family on cross country road trips with it? No. But are you going to enjoy the occasional Saturday morning in the garage doing some relatively simple -- and satisfying wrenching? Sure. And you’re going to meet some down to earth people when out and about, too. This…
The ad is gone, so it was NP for someone.
Sure, it's got 300k miles, but if those maintenance records check out, this is a NP. Another case of buying the owner, not the car.
Who’s to say the big, evil government won’t soon step in when it discovers human children have easily preventable diseases? Are we also going to have to teach them to read, too?
I know someone that was driving while tripping on acid, and climbed into the backseat. Car drove through a fence, and witnesses told the cops that they saw him climb out of the backseat. He didn’t get in any trouble.
I know we all want to focus on the poor monkey, but let’s not gloss over this other crazy actual part of the story:
From the news story it is clear that the monkey was the smartest one in the car and the "influencer" should be facing animal abuse charges as well as DUI.
Doesn’t look close to anything like 45 degrees to me. I’ve grown up sailing and raced on all different kinds/sizes of sailboats. I’m sure it was terrifying, but you aren’t just walking around on a boat that’s heeled over at 45 degrees.
So you can have multiple productions on the same stage?
Have seen similar bad seas off the coast of Oregon in the Navy. Fun times.
Exactly. Scheffler was in a clearly marked player car with his credentials displayed. He was told to proceed by a security guard and was not made aware of the accident (which multiple witnesses corroborated). Then a police officer, who was later disciplined for not following body camera protocol, tried to stop him…
It was more of a case of a cop being a cop.
Scheffler wasn’t being “entitled and dumb” and all the charges against him were dropped.
I’m on the fence. The ad is in Dealer Scream and I look on that as a red flag. IF (and that is a big IF) the car is as presented, it is NP. But I have my doubts.
It’s a car people buy only for its looks and they won’t want one that’s been “customized” by a previous owner.
It’s just the on-going internet joke. There are basically three kinds of thieves.
I think boosting turbo 4 would be more realistic.
I think Amber and Owen must be living under a rock. I own 2 SS’s and they are one of the most stolen cars (per capita) in America right now. In our national and local groups, 1-2 are getting stolen every single week. When you consider how few were imported, this is a significant number! These are not being stolen by…
