Conceptually I get the argument that CNN is making, but obviously the simple logic of “The 1st amendment means I should be able to join any press conference the President or Administration officials are holding that I want to” doesn’t really hold either.

They might have more success with a defamation lawsuit.  The white house accused him of assault, a serious crime, and tried to doctor evidence.  I’m no lawyer, but I feel like that includes a pretty large series of crimes.  I bet someone could tie criminal conspiracy into it.

All of his lawsuits in Florida are about keeping votes from being counted. Not that the votes are fraudulent, not that people are counting incorrectly - just simply: don’t count the votes. I’m not a legal scholar and don’t know how it’s going to pan out legally because of the deadline and whatnot, but it sure says…

Being from the community is no guarantee of a lack of corruption. Pretty sure NY and Philly has issues with cops keeping involved with the gangs in there communities while policing those same communities.

The population of Bay County is under 170,000. The population of Broward County is 1.936 million, and I would guess they were burdened by long lines from GOP suppression strategies. Of course, Rubio and Scott already know but have to turn everything into a propaganda opportunity.
