To do that they would need some Democratic states to join in. They need 38 states to ratify an amendment to the constitution. Currently they have 30. Maybe that will change this year, I guess we’ll have to see.

The thing is.....it never got to $54.20. He said that to get the 420 joke in... it cost him at least $1 billion to do it. It the past 6 months it was at most 51.70 (closing)... and it was under that when he mentioned he wanted to buy it.
