Gillum’s concession isn’t legally binding. If they recount (And they are because it’s less than .5%), then he could still win and DeSantis would be out of luck.

Ok, so what about state, county and city laws? Will those same federal officers be required to enforce those laws?

I’m also not sure I agree with an office not enforcing in his own community. I’m not sure the benefit of that except that it would make corruption easier as they would have no skin in the game as it were…

What would be your alternative to police then? Who do I call when someone breaks in? Who makes sure that people aren’t speeding on the highway (though they do a poor job of that here).
