Nevermind. I figured out you have to have auto rotate turned off. I thought it let you temporarily disable auto rotation. For instance I’m laying down and I’m viewing my phone in portrait. 100mbps is fine and being Ethernet is more stable than streaming over wifi. My rule is if a device doesn’t move, it should be hard wired via Ethernet. In my house, wifi is reserved for things that move (phones, laptops) and things that don’t offer Ethernet (Nest, HarmonyHub).

In my experience, wifi, even with few devices on it, can cause streaming issues due to interference from outside sources. If I have a device that doesn’t move, it uses Ethernet unless there is absolutely no way to add it (I’m looking at you Harmony Hub!).

Also some devices won’t do 4k unless they have a hard wire…
